Over the years, Synchro has made the commitment to serve the construction delivery team and survive the dynamics of everyday life on a construction project by sharing a genuinely innovative approach to project management.
Based on this commitment, the daylong conference provided the opportunity and venue for participants to actively engage in this approach and share their views of the software and the industry dynamics. Throughout 6 case study presentations by 8 speakers, specifically-designed group discussion topics with 4 discussion leaders, all attendees and the entire Synchro team spoke, listened, learned, and discussed real issues affecting the adoption of 4D scheduling and project management and its greater efficiencies on the project delivery processes.
“The conference is a great event not only to know more about Synchro, but to learn, share, and contribute ideas, solutions and best practices with each other,” said Cathy Morgan, Scheduling Manager from Mortenson Construction.

Potential
Along with addressing Synchro's performance and passion in the first decade of this BIM journey, the conference also highlighted its enormous competitiveness and future potential. “In August, 2011, Synchro officially launched its University Software Program,” said Eric Olsen, Synchro Vice President Partner Support and University Relations Director. “It is our ‘grass roots' marketing initiative, a win-win for all involved. The program, which provides industry leading construction software to schools in support of a Construction Management education at no cost, not only cultivates future Synchro users, but also provides to clients a ready source of University graduates trained in BIM for project delivery using Synchro.”
“Moreover, with the latest Synchro release with a February 2012 shipping date, v4.5 complete with over 40 new features and improvements across all major components of the software,” said Stephen Dolan, Synchro senior 4D consultant. “Synchro will continue to drive the industry forward with a focus on advanced user requirements in all areas of application. We will consistently prove our promise to the user community with our 90 day release cycle throughout the calendar year.”
