Synchro Links with Asta Powerproject
COVENTRY, UK 12 March 2008 -- Synchro, Ltd. has developed a link with Asta Powerproject*, the leading project management software application for the UK construction industry, which supports the simulation of construction project plans.

With 70% of successful UK construction projects using Asta Powerproject**, it is the preferred project management tool for both small and large construction companies including main contractors, trade contractors, house builders, civil engineering firms, clients and professional advisors.

Mace Group Ltd., based in the UK, has been retained as main contractor for the new landmark building project called the "Shard London Bridge" in which Asta Powerproject and Synchro were utilized for the simulation of project plans. Mr. Rob Owen, Director at Mace, uses Synchro construction management software for this and other projects such as Tate Modern. Another Synchro user, Expanded of the Laing O'Rourke Group, was appointed to carry out the development of a luxury residential apartment block in London called One Hyde Park. Mr. Gary Taylor, who is responsible for digital prototyping technologies at Expanded, said, "We are moving toward all our new work to be based in 3D onto which a 4D and 5D planning capability is superimposed.
