Right now you are part of a growing global community of construction delivery professionals who are using 4D construction simulation to win work, manage delivery, solve complex delivery issues and close-out projects using Synchro. We are seeing Synchro used in all stages of the project from the original concept for feasibility and constructability planning and analysis through the day-to-day project management to the close-out of a project. As we know, BIM is not strictly a design function but rather excels in project delivery.

To win work and deliver quality -- on-time and safely -- in environmentally sensitively projects within budget, the industry has traditionally relied on key exceptional individuals, who have had limited tools to help in their cause until the introduction of 4D simulation.

Today, industry leaders and key individuals are adding 4D construction simulation to the process and Synchro to their tool kits. The outlook for 4D construction simulation, or BIM for Delivery, is taking the industry by storm: it can improve communications, bid success rates, management, monitoring project progress, and provide post-project review.

Synchro has been at the forefront of this development by providing robust operationally focused software. Now, we offer a series of one-day, user training courses focused on the practical use and approaches to implementing Synchro for your business and, in particular, your projects.

You may already own copies of Synchro and want to improve your skills. You may be in the process of putting together your internal decision documents for your initial purchase. You may need the focused time to learn more in depth what Synchro has to offer.
